At Nourish to Flourish, we are passionate about supporting children's and families' health and well-being. Our mission is simple: to empower, educate, and inspire children to make positive food choices that support a happy, healthy life. Through our revolutionary programmes, we:

  •  Transform attitudes towards food – making nutritious eating fun and accessible.

  •  Support families – helping children with restrictive eating develop confidence around food.

  •  Deliver hands-on workshops – from creative food art to practical cookery sessions.

Empowering children and families to build a healthier future

School Workshops

Food Art Workshops for EYFS, KS1 & KS2

Ever wondered what happens when food and art collide? The results may surprise you!

Yes, children are exposed to 30+ fresh fruits, vegetables, and wholefoods, and yes, they get to create their own edible masterpieces. But the real magic happens in their understanding of how food fuels their bodies and minds.

Our workshops are designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence around healthy eating. Through play, exploration, and hands-on food experiences, children learn about:

  • 🍏 The gut microbiome – the ‘magical’ world inside them and how to keep it thriving.

  • 🥕 The power of food – how their choices impact their energy, mood, and concentration.

  • 🍓 Supercharging school lunches & snack times – what can they add to fuel their school lunches? More fruit? Eat all their veggies? Children understand they have the power to make excellent choices with the food that school has to offer.
